Horseshoe Angus Ranch and Meacham Land and Cattle have partnered together to bring the consumer a great selection of Angus and Angus cross cattle. We carefully select replacement cows that have great confirmations, dispositions and a lot of maternal instinct. Our cattle graze on irrigated pasture throughout the spring, summer and fall, and then in the winter the cows graze corn stalks while the steers and heifers graze on natural desert grasses. We sell private treaty off of the ranch, bulls, heifers, show steers and a few head of feeder animals.

Our calves have had really good ultrasound data and our cows are great producing cows with a lot of maternal instinct that they pass on to their calves. We have had the Reserve Grand Champion Steer in the Steer of Merit program, plus more that made steer of merit.

Not only have we been blessed with the ranch life through raising and showing Angus cattle, but we also raise foundation Quarter Horses. We get to have the best of both worlds, with a balance of horses and cattle. The kids show cattle all over the nation and are heavily involved in the Junior Angus Association. We are cattle people first with good horses.
