Here is Kade’s cow, Meacham Betty 3002. She is another great cow by BK Danny Boy 908, who is a son of Danny Boy. Danny Boy calves come really light and show excellent growth. They are really sharp and eye appealing with a lot of show potential if that is what you are looking for. We have been really happy with his calves. This cow’s dam is Meacham Betty 935. She is a daughter of BK Equinox 507. BK Equinox 507 is by Ankonian Equinox who is by R R Traveler 5204. 507′s dam is by New Design 878, there are no holes EPD profile and the highest accuracy multi-trait proof in the industry. This is going to be a great heifer for Kade, a full sister to his heifer last year, 202M.

303M is Toni’s cow, she is out of BK Ms Hi Betty 717, a daughter of Genetics By Design 049. 049 is a superior calving ease sire. He’s the only proven calving ease sire who is +1.0 BW or less and in the top 2% for $W and $B and top 10% for $F. Genetics By Design daughters are indexing 101. This is a great heifer with tremendous bone. She is going to be a great producer.

BK Anna Taffy 325 is by BK Danny Boy 908 and is out of BK Susie 509. 908 is a Danny Boy son, everyone loves their Danny Boy calves. His calves come really light and show excellent growth. They are really sharp and eye appealing with a lot of show potential if that is what you are looking for. As of July 2006 this 7 frame sire had over 1,000 calves with a birth weight ratio of 98 making him a very reliable heifer bull. BK Susie 509 is a daughter of B/R Front Range 052 and is out of a Woodhill Valor cow. This was Anna’s bottle calf, and is now her cow.

339 is by Connealy Confidence who is out of Connealy Tobin and Becka Gala of Conanga 8281. Confidence is the high-selling bull from the 2011 Connealy sale and with his 13 for CED, 40 $W and nearly 80 $B, he’s one of the most unique bulls available in the Angus breed. His blend of style, calving ease potential, genomically-enhanced carcass numbers and a Thunder X Bextor dam that’s truly a model Angus female make Confidence deserving of heavy sampling. 339′s dam is BK Belle 918, a cow that won the Pathfinder cow award from the American Angus Association. 918 is a daughter of BK Equinox 507, who is by Ankonian Equinox. 339 was born 12/18 and has a 71 lb BW. 405 is a great cow out of an Ankonian Equinox daughter and Sitz Great Plains 577T. 577T, also know as Billy the Bull, is a thick muscled, powerful bull with an outstanding temperament. He was named and claimed by two year old Jaxsen. Billy is by OCC Great Plain 943G. Great Plains looks even better as the accuracy of his data improves. Breeders love the daughters they are finding at Sitz Angus in Montana and at H. D. Dunn & Sons in Idaho. This long-sided 6 frame bull has ultrasound data placing him at the top of the breed for REA while moving into positive territory for IMF. His famous dam is one of the foundation females behind the Ohlde Cattle Co. program. Great Plains is an excellent heifer bull with over 1,600 calves with a 99 birth weight ratio and records 237 daughters in 41 herds with a 101 weaning ratio. Billy’s dam is by Sitz Tradition RPS 8702, Tradition is a high selling bull selected by Vance Uden from the top of the Sitz sale offering. Tradition is long-sided, big hipped and deep quartered, with a tight sheath and large testicles. His calves show excellent growth and bulls are doing well on test. Tradition is backed by a super cow family with one high ratioing cow after another as far as you look. Birth wt. 91 lb., ratio 108; weaning ratio 124; yearling ratio 120. 451, “Dark Night,” is a great cow by Connealy Capitalist 028 and is out of an EXAR Expand 1241 daughter. Capitalist will add muscle and base width like no other. Truly 3 dimensional. Siring calving ease with lots of stoutness and power. Jerry Connealy stated Capitalist calves are one of his best sire groups and will definitely be used heavily again. One of the most highly sought after bulls in the Angus breed. This heifer is out of our Pathfinder cow, BK Belle 918. 918 is by our herd bull BK Equinox 507. Dark Night is owned and shown by Kade. A long bodied, deep ribbed bull, he should sire the “keeping kind” of females. 434’s dam is BK Ms Erica 902, a really good cow by Danny Boy and out of BK Ms Erica 419, an Expand daughter. BK Christmas Lassie 548 is a great CC&7 daughter that is out of an Expand cow. Sydgen C C & 7 was the top-selling bull of the 2006 SydGen Sale where half interest in him sold for $39,000 to Hoover Angus in Iowa, he recorded the top adjusted 205-day weight of the offering at 840 pounds to ratio 119.  As the natural calf to the first and only Corona daughter in production at SydGen in 2006, CC & 7 went on to post the top ADG at 3.92 to ratio 124, the top adjusted 365-day weight at 1,467 to ratio 121, and the top adjusted URE measurement at 17.3 sq. in. to ratio 130. C C & 7 is named for his two closest sires, Connection and Corona, and the fact that all 7 females in his three generation pedigree have either served as a SydGen donor or been the dam of a SydGen donor. He stems from the foundation GDAR Forever Lady 178, who lived past 17 years of age, and weaned 11 natural calves. 548 is out of BK Horseshoe Lassie 722 who is by EXAR Expand 1241, this is a great little cow with a lot of body and a great udder. BK Eriska 602 is by Connealy Honest Answer and is out of an Expand bred cow.  Honest Answer was a featured and high selling bull at the 2011 Connealy Angus Sale, NE. Described by many as one of the best bulls in the sale. His overall performance had him at the top of his contemporary group. He was one of the best scanning bulls in the offering, ratioing 123 for %IMF and 117 for REA. Jerry Connealy described him as “Deep sided and wide based- you’ll like him.” His dam is a sweet uddered cow. His grandam is a Pathfinder. 602’s dam, BK Eriska 917 is a deep bodied cow out of BB Eriska 0183, an Ankonian Equinox daughter out of a Cornhusker cow. BK Horseshoe Lassie 633 is by SAV 004 Predominant 4438 and out of BK Lassie 203. Predominant is acclaimed by many as the best “004” son in the industry! Predominant progeny are moderate framed and muscular. He sires extremely easy fleshing cattle. His offspring have dominated the Peak Dot Sales where his daughters are now the talk of the industry. Predominant offers more carcass merit than most sires in the 004 line. Predominant has stood the test of time and continues to be one of the most popular SAV bulls in the industry. BK Lassie 203 is a daughter of BK Danny Boy 908, this is a great bull that we raised and continue to use. He earned a 205-day weight of 944 lbs for a weaning ratio of 104, as his dam’s first calf. Backed by generations of great females from the Emblynette family established at SAV over 60 years ago. BK Eve 711 is a great cow by Jindra Acclaim and out of BK Eve 311. Jindra Acclaim was a featured and high selling bull at the 2015 Jindra Angus Bull Sale in Nebraska. He offers calving ease with exceptional performance and maternal strength. Nick Jindra describes him as, “long, thick, deep and just flat good. He’s a favorite all of the way around.” His first calf dam is a beautiful Impression daughter with a great udder. Look for Acclaim to lead the next generation of high performance sires. We lost 5091, so now 752 is Kaine’s bottle calf. She was born 12/25/2017.

Longevity is very complete in his total makeup and is a fault-free bull that can be used on heifers or cows with his moderate stature, perfect topline and attractive profile backed by some of the breed’s most famous donors that translates into authentic Angus longevity with great structure. 801’s dam is BK Lassie 926, who is by BK 1241 Expand 520, an EXAR Expand 1241 son that we kept and used for a few years. He was a great bull that put calves on the ground that had a lot of style and eye appeal. 926’s dam is a daughter of A & B Krugerrand 1200. 801 was born 1/1/18 .

Meacham Betty 8001 is by KR Direct Deposit and is out of Meacham Betty 3002. Direct Deposit is a moderate framed, stylish Cash son. He’s a moderate birth weight, calving ease sire with a world of performance. He adjusted 862 at weaning and over 1500 at a year.
