BK Christmas Lassie 548 is a great CC&7 daughter that is out of an Expand cow. Sydgen C C & 7 was the top-selling bull of the 2006 SydGen Sale where half interest in him sold for $39,000 to Hoover Angus in Iowa, he recorded the top adjusted 205-day weight of the offering at 840 pounds to ratio 119. As the natural calf to the first and only Corona daughter in production at SydGen in 2006, CC & 7 went on to post the top ADG at 3.92 to ratio 124, the top adjusted 365-day weight at 1,467 to ratio 121, and the top adjusted URE measurement at 17.3 sq. in. to ratio 130. C C & 7 is named for his two closest sires, Connection and Corona, and the fact that all 7 females in his three generation pedigree have either served as a SydGen donor or been the dam of a SydGen donor. BK Horseshoe Lassie 633 is by SAV 004 Predominant 4438 and out of BK Lassie 203. Predominant is acclaimed by many as the best “004” son in the industry! Predominant progeny are moderate framed and muscular. He sires extremely easy fleshing cattle. His offspring have dominated the Peak Dot Sales where his daughters are now the talk of the industry. He is a great bull that can be used on heifers and cows. Anna bought 703 from us at the Evergreen sale in 2017 and showed her in 2017 and 2018. Amora was a great show heifer, she was the supreme Angus champion at the Adams County Fair in 2017, she was 5th overall in the Evergreen class in Moses Lake.

They are really sharp and eye appealing with a lot of show potential if that is what you are looking for. The Danny Boy bulls were a highlight in this year’s Vermilion Bull Sale. “Dark Night,” is a great cow by Connealy Capitalist 028 and is out of an EXAR Expand 1241 daughter. Capitalist will add muscle and base width like no other. Truly 3 dimensional. Siring calving ease with lots of stoutness and power. Jerry Connealy stated Capitalist calves are one of his best sire groups and will definitely be used heavily again. One of the most highly sought after bulls in the Angus breed. This heifer is out of our Pathfinder cow, BK Belle 918. 918 is by our herd bull BK Equinox 507. She was born 1/23/17.
WCA Wendy 8338 is a Musgrave Big Sky daughter that Anna bought at the Evergreen Angus sale from Willow Creek Angus, Gayle Suksdorf, to show in 2019. Musgrave Big Sky is a high marbling score genetics from a powerful performance package. With a Calving Ease Direct EPD among the top third of the population as of this writing, this top 10% sire for Weaning Weight EPD, $Weaned calf value index and $Feedlot value index has, as of this date, 685 progeny scanned in 74 contemporary groups with an average %IMF ratio of 107 and his first 56 daughters in 20 different herds have an average progeny weaning ratio of 101 on their first 56 calves. Carrying on a strong and proven maternal line, the $70,000 dam of Big Sky had an average weaning ratio of 105 on her first five calves and progeny of this son of a past Connealy top-selling sire combine soundness, hoof quality, muscling, performance and phenotype with top marbling score genetics. BK Chiquita 839 is by Musgrave 316 Stunner is one of the most elite acquisitions of the spring 2017 sale season, Stunner was praised by many top cattlemen for his outstanding capacity, body dimension and uncompromised structural design. His young dam sports an ideal udder, fantastic production record and is one of the most outstanding cows in the Musgrave program. Stunner exhibited excellent libido during natural service during the fall 2017 breeding season at TK Angus, Nebraska. Castle Ridge Ashley 4G, “Sylvia,” is a fancy cow by PVF Insight 0129 and is out of a S A V North Dakota 745 daughter. Insight has established himself as a bull that can do it all. Quiet Acres Enchantress 9422, “Tilly,” is a cow that Anna bought from Cole Page to show in 2020. Tilly is by Plum Creek Paradox 161B and out of a OSU Currency 8173 daughter. Plum Creek Paradox 161B is a bull with style, exceptional phenotype, structure, and performance all in one package. In just his first calf crop Plum Creek Paradox 161B has demonstrated an uncanny ability to stamp his calves with long extended fronts, huge bone and foot size, and hair like a Heat Wave. His full sisters were our high sellers on multiple sales and the very first progeny sold out of Paradox have resulted in a Champion steer and a young heifer winning her class at the NWSS (both out of heifers)—first two calves in their first show—more to come. The paradox for Paradox was that he was also our highest WDA bull when he was weaned with his contemporaries. We are very excited about this young sire. Anna took Tilly to the Evergreen Jackpot in 2019 and the Idaho Jr Beef expo and Corona Classic in 2020.
W B Rita 626B is a cow that Kade bought fall of 2019 to show from Charles & Julie Boggs. She is by TEX Playbook 5437 and out of a Coneally Confidence daughter. TEX Playbook is Payweight’s most complete son combining powerful phenotype with unmatched EPDs. His dam and granddam are Angus royalty stemming from proven producers. He is stout, smooth and big-middled with lots of base width and muscle expression. This calving ease sire packs a punch with trait leading data, currently in the top 10% or better for five EPD traits.
