BK 242 Load Up 581 came in at a solid 74 pounds, backed by two strong sides of pedigree that make this one worth a second look.

His sire, BK 7104 Load Up 242 is an eye-catching growth bull with a lot of guts and depth, sired by GDAR Load Up 7104 — a proven calving-ease bull with over 400 calves in his proof and rated among the breed’s best for feet. Load Up topped the GDAR sale in 2018, selling to several respected breeders, and has since proven himself as a true calving-ease sire whose sons come moderate, deep-bodied, wide-based, and good-footed — exactly the kind commercial breeders keep coming back for.

On the dam side, 581 is out of BK Horseshoe Queen 151, who’s shaping up to be a thick, powerful cow with femininity through her front end. Her sire, Connealy Emerald, was the top-selling bull from the 2019 Connealy spring bull sale, admired for his soundness, body mass, and performance.

Add it up, and BK 242 Load Up 581 is stacked from both directions — growth and feet on top, confidence and carcass underneath.
