Most bulls make you pick between an easy calving season and a heavy weaning weight. 556 didn’t get that memo.

His sire, GDAR Load Up 7104, is a bull we’ve used a lot, and we’d do it again. Load Up is a proven heifer bull that brings calving ease without giving up performance. His calves come clean made, deep bodied, and long. Better yet, his daughters are turning into the kind of cows you quit worrying about: nice udders, great feet, and dispositions that make the 2 a.m. heifer check a little more pleasant.

On the bottom side, 556 is out of BK Chiquita 839, a daughter of Musgrave 316 Stunner. Stunner was one of the standout bulls of the 2017 spring sale season, known for capacity, body dimension, and sound structure. He got the job done in the pasture, too. His dam was an outstanding producer with an ideal udder. 839 traces back to BK Chiquita 218, a BK Equinox 507 daughter, so this maternal line runs deep.

Moderate birth weight, plenty of body, length, and shape, with performance on top and mothering ability underneath. 556 is a complete young bull with a lot of upside.
